Hello Kalakamcheri Subramanya Sashank, with 28420 rank in EAMCET, you can easily get admission in Shri Venkateshwara University. With this rank, you can get a seat in almost every branch in SVU university. But you will face difficulty if you want ECE in that university because the cut-off for ECE is quite high for that college

Since the courses you have mentioned are different, it really comes down to your interests. If you have an interest in mechanics and have good command in physics, then you can go for mechanical engineering. If you want to become a software engineer and have a thing for coding, then computer Science Engineering will be a good option. Both of these universities are decent in terms of infrastructure and faculty, but the course is your decision. Go through the curriculum of both the courses and find out what is your interest. Because, in the end, your course will matter more than your college. 

Hello Pawan.As you mentioned that your rank is 117200 under SC category it is difficult to get CSE in SVU.Your rank is too high to get admission in CSE in SVU.You cannot get seat in cse because the rank which you got is very high when compared to last year cutoff rank.For more details visit the official website of SVU.

Dear Aspirant, 

Sri Venkateshwara University provides M.Sc in different discplines while one among them is Physiscs. 

Each of them have different intakes and cut off. 

So the number of seats available in M.Sc physics is 40.

You can also see for applied statistics, physical chemistry, electronics.

Yes there is an option of lateral entry at Sri Venkateshwara University. 

The students who have completed their polytechnic may write ECET (engineering common entrance test)  to get seat in any college. 

The cut off differs year to year with branch to branch.  As the seats for lateral entry are reserved in lower numbers the cut offs aren't high. You can check it out during the counselling process.

The marks 90 would correspond to rank around  5500 to 7000.

Hence there are chances to secure seat in University. However this depends on caste reservation, locality and branch required. 

On general you might secure seat in branches of electronics, civil, mechanical, chemical.
