• Applications have to be submitted online.
• Admissions to all the short term courses at SVU (Diploma and PG Diploma) are merit based.
• For undergraduate courses, candidates must have passed class 12 th in the concerned stream.
• Admissions to three year and four year UG courses, except B.Tech will be merit based.

FEE STRUCTURE

Shri Venkateshwara University offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, postgraduate diploma, and doctorate programs in the fields of engineering, management, commerce, science, mass media and communications, humanities and arts, medical, paramedical, law, computer applications, education, pharmacy, and agriculture. The probability of securing seat depends on caste reservation. Hence let us analyse the previous year cut offs for different branches according to caste.

Yes ,you have less chances of getting seat in mbbs ,in Sri Venkateswar Medical College .As last year's cutoff of this college was 433 marks and as you said ,you have secured 293 marks .

Even if we'll consider other government or private college in andra pradesh ,according to last year's cutoff ;there are less chances of getting admission in any of those colleges .As approx cutoff in every college is till 330 marks or so.

Still don't lose hope ,go for the counselling .

As mention your rank as 7987 in AP eamcet. 2019 and you didn't mention your category.....

To take a government college it might be difficult with you rank ..as for government colleges ..the rank should under 5000..for SVU area.

Don't worry about the college or university go check infrastructure and placement offers in a affiliate college of Sri Venkateswara University. If not you will lose reimbursement  then u need to join in management.

Based on your rank and profile in APICET, it is highly unlikely for you to get a seat in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University - [JNTU], Kakinada and Sri Venkateswara University - [SVU], Tirupati, since as per past year records the closing rank for these colleges is around 500-600. However, there is a 50-50% chance that you may get Andhra University - [AU], Visakhapatnam based on your rank.
