You haven't mention your Category, It is important because different category have different cutoffs. Assuming you are from general category, it is quite difficult to get BSC biotechnology in SVU, Tirupati at this rank. see getting admission in particular college depends as per your rank and branch and your caste and as per reservation and previous years cutoff ranks you need to score at least rank below 6k to get in your mentioned colleges and i request you to mention your caste to help in better way and as per your rank you have very bad chances to get but still try your luck and for more information go to below links

In 2018 the cut off for admission to Computer Science Engineering in SVU, Tirupati was 4157 for general category (Female) and for admission to the same course in G.Pulla Reddy Engineering, Kurnool was 17552 for general category (Female). Considering the cut off you may have decent chances of getting seat in G.Pulla Reddy Engineering, Kurnool. You may not get seat in SVU. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

Congratulations for the rank. Based on the previous year cutoffs you have chances to get in to civil engineering at SVU. The teaching at SVU in civil department is excellent and it has a good infrastructure.

You didn't mention your category which is an important factor of determining your college and group,

However if you are from Bc-A, Bc-B,  Bc-D, Bc-e, Sc/st ,then you can expect a CSE seat at Sv university as the previous year cutoffs are close to your rank. For other categories which I had not mentioned, it is very difficult to get cse at Svu.
