Admission to mba Course in UTKAL University is based on OJEE (odisha joint entrance examination) , the eligibility criteria is applicants must have completed Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration and secured above mentioned marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category). however the closing rank for general category is 4003 for UTKAL university. now its difficult to predict about cutoff and it varies with questions difficulty level, number of applicant, students category and so on. follow the below  link to stay updated  about  ojee mba cutoff:

Well getting the provisional certificate is easy. You just need to visit the administration department of your university and ask them for a provisional certificate if your degree is not yet available. They will usually charge a fee and will give you one within a stipulated time period.

In order to be eligible to apply for Utkal University, one must pass with at least 50% marks in 10 + 2 (or an equivalent examination) with biology subject. D.Pharma (Diploma of Pharmacy) holders are eligible for admission into B.Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy) after completing the degree D.Pharma.

And as per cutoff for B.Pharma one must have a good rank in top 200s, to get an admission in B.Pharma course of Utkal University.
