Hello! Yes, you can pursue a BSc in Computer Science after completing 2nd PUC with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Statistics. Most universities and colleges require Mathematics as a compulsory subject for BSc Computer Science admissions. Since you have Mathematics, you are eligible. However, some institutions may also consider your overall performance or require a minimum percentage in PUC. It is advisable to check the specific eligibility criteria of the college or university you wish to apply to so that you can plan accordingly.
Hello,
Yes, you can do B.Sc. in Computer Science after completing 2nd PUC with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Statistics .
The main requirement is Mathematics in 12th, which you already have. So, you are eligible.
Hope it helps !
Hello Preetham
Although the 1st semester syllabus of any course depends upon institute to institute, here's an overall syllabus of what you likely will study in B.Sc 1st Sem Maths:
1. Calculus: Real Number system, Limits & Continuity, Differentiation, Definite Integrals etc
2. Algebra: Linear Independence, Matrix rank, solution of linear equation, Quadratic Forms etc
3. T rigonometry: De Moivere Theorem, Circular and hyperbolic functions, Exponential & Logarithmic Functions etc.
4. Geometry : Analytical Geometry, Direction cosines, straight lines, planes, spheres, cones, cylinders etc.
Hope this answer helps! Thank You!!!
Hello,
Yes, you are eligible for
M.Sc Mathematics
.
But most universities ask for a B.Sc Honours in Mathematics or at least Mathematics as a major subject with enough credits in maths papers.
Since you did B.Sc General (Pure Maths), some universities may accept you, while others may not.
It depends on the eligibility rules of the university where you apply.
Hope it helps !
