Application Process

The application procedure at ACTS Degree College is designed to be hassle-free for all eligible candidates. A step-by-step guide on the application procedure:

1. Application Form- Interested candidates must obtain the application form from the college office or download it from the official college website.

2. Filling Application Form: Carefully fill out all the required details in the application form. Ensure that all information provided is accurate and matches your academic records.

3. Required Documents: In addition to the completed application form, candidates will attach a set of the following documents:

• Attested photocopies of 10th & 12th mark sheets
• Transfer Certificate from the last attended institution
• Conduct Certificate
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Recent passport-size photographs

4. Submission of the Application: Candidates are required to submit the completed application form with documents to the college admission office in person or send it by post to the college address: ACTS Degree College, #1-61/10, Sandipani Nagar, Yendada, Visakhapatnam, Pincode–530045, Andhra Pradesh, India.

5. Admission Notification: The completed application forms will be scrutinized and candidates will be selected on the basis of academic merit in the 10+2 examination. Successful candidates will receive notification to complete the admission process inclusive of the payment of fees.

6. Document Verification: At the time of admission, candidates are required to bring original documents pertaining to the ones submitted for verification purposes.

7. Payment of Fees: This admission process is concluded by payment of the stipulated fees as per the college guidelines.

Degree wise Admission Process

ACTS Degree College has been offering seven undergraduate courses across three degree programs:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA Honours): Designed for students pursuing management studies. Admission is provided based on the performance of the candidate in their 10+2 examination. The course provides adequate knowledge in business and management.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Honours and B.Com Computers Honours): The college offers general B.Com Honours and specialized B.Com Computers Honours programs. Admission to either program requires candidates to have qualified Higher Secondary (10+2) or an equivalent examination. The B.Com Computers Honours is suitable for students who want to merge commerce education with computer applications.

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc Honours): ACTS Degree College offers B.Sc Honours programs in the following four disciplines:

1. B.Sc Computer Science Honours
2. B.Sc Mathematics Honours
3. B.Sc Physics Honours
4. B.Sc Chemistry Honours

Candidates for all B.Sc programs must have completed their Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination with the relevant science subjects. This program aims to impart extensive theoretical knowledge and specific practical skills in their respective disciplines.
