48 MonthsDepartment of Civil Engineering-ASOIT was established in 2014,offering four-year course for Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering affiliated to Gujarat Technological University and AICTE with current intake of 60 students.The department is well equipped with various laboratories like Concrete Technology, Geology, Fluid mechanics, Advanced Fluid Mechanics, Mechanics of Solids, Elements of Civil Engineering, Advanced Surveying, Geotechnical Engineering, Highway Engineering, Environmental Engineering.
Department also focuses on planning, development, design, construction and maintenance of the entire physical infrastructure required for sustainability of the society.
Eligibility Criteria
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to a reserved category) in the above subjects. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
