36 Months- The Diploma Programme in Civil Engineering emphasizes on enhancing the skills of students so that they get easily absorbed in the industry. More emphasis is given on the practical aspects of construction and psychomotor skills as they are expected to become site incharges and man the laboratories.
- Regular visits to real estate and infrastructure projects, rigorous internships on construction sites and civil engineering laboratories form an inevitable part of the curriculum. Also due care is given to sharpen their drafting skills by conducting exhaustive sessions in AutoCAD and other Architectural and Structural drafting tools.
- There is great demand for skills related to interior designing with further expanse of the housing demand. To cater this the students of the diploma programme are armed with knowledge related to interior designing through special sessions by field experts. Hence the diploma programme opens for the aspirants a wide spectrum of choices for a career as a Civil Engineer.
Eligibility Criteria
Passed 10th Std./ SSC examination. Obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination.
