They don't provide proper hostel facilities. The rooms are very old, and sometimes, the ceiling falls, and the washroom maintenance is very bad. The food is not good, but they charge a very high mess bill. The warden is the worst ever in the boys' hostel. He runs the hostel in a very bad way.

I assume you are talking about AP EAMCET exam . Under this , there is farmer and non-farmer quota . Further there is general and women's quota and likewise also based on local region (AU and SVU) the cutoffs will vary slightly .So for OC category you will need a rank below 2000 to secure agriculture seat which may vary with your local region if applicable and for EWS category the rank under non-farmer quota in AU category a rank below 5K is needed and under SVU a rank under 3-4K is needed .
