Al Madina College of Education is a premier institution for the training of teachers in the state of Telangana. The college has a number of programmes in education, which are duly recognised/approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The Al Madina College of Education takes in 100 students in the B.Ed programme. This programme offers a total of 50 seats in Al Madina College of Education. Al Madina College of Education admission into M.Ed programme is also made on a merit basis where qualifying examinations and entrance examinations are taken into account. The selection follows state government or university or UT administration policy. Only applicants who possess a B.Ed degree or an equivalent can seek admission into the M.Ed programme.

In D.Ed, the intake of students at Al Madina College of Education is 50. Al Madina College of Education admission to D.Ed has been done on the basis of merit considering marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination conducted by the relevant institution.
