36 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Law shall be for a minimum duration of two years, including course work, and a maximum of three years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned. Course offered by Amity University, Lucknow Campus.
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate should pass a Master's degree in Social Science/ Law/Management with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point average from any accredited Indian or Foreign University.
