Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham offers admission in 30 percent of the total seats on basis of marks obtained in JEE.  Due to very high competition and low intake the cutoffs for the mention course is quite high and differs from campus to campus. For Coimbatore campus it is as high as 97 percentile while 95 for Amritapuri campus. You can though get some relaxations if you apply under state quota.

To get a secured seat in Amrita Vishva Vidyapeetham you should score more than 150 marks out of 180 marks. For a open state quota you should have a rank below 1800. With reference to your query , I would glad to know you that  amrtia university vidyapeeth university has very good teaching quality , advanced infrastucture with proper labs and equipments. But if we talk about placements MVJ college of engineerings is much better than Amrita for aerospace engineering . Students are placed in very high number every year as compared to MVJ college of engineering
