Admissions to andhra medical college Visakhapatnam is made on the basis of your Neet score any candidate satisfying the Neet cutoffs decided by the college is eligible for admission in Andhra Medical College. till date there is no provision for sports quota in NEET exam , that us the cutoffs are same for sports as well as non sports studenrs. There are only reservations for SC/ST/OBC / UR-PH candidates.

You should take the college alloted to you in round 1. And participate further for the other round of counselling , if you get the desired college in round 2 , get withdrawl from your first college. In this way , you can have backup option. Since you have not mentioned your category , considering you to be of general category , the cutoff for your desired college was 611 in 2018. So , it is difficult for you to get a seat unless and until you belong to any reserved category.
