This is a very common question every one will get. But i could suggest, first make a background check on the college, and then choose the one which you feel better.

The important things you should check to join in any Engineering college:

1. Lab Facility: Check the lab facility first, because in the Engineering you will have many subjects to read, but if you do lab well you can understand even more better than your lectures teach you in the class room.
2. Autonomous/Affiliated: This plays a important role on the subjects you read and makes big impact on your Engineering certificate. Why i said this is, during job searching time, when you go for interviews there are some MNC companies, who care much about the type of college you studied.
3. Placement Assistance: Check with preciously studies students, how that colleges bringing placements and one important thing here is what type of jobs they are bringing, and what type of jobs did the previously joined students working on.
4. Culture: Check how the college system works. Strict, Time punctuality, attendance etc.

Both FIITJEE MyPat and FIITJEE AITS are tough in regards to what you are looking for. For a JEE Mains aspirant, I feel that FIITJEE MyPat is better as it is comparably easier.

For Mechanical Engineering VR Siddhartha is the best college. VR Siddhartha is famous for the mechanical branches. College has well facilited labs, equipments, and requirements. To my knowledge I can say you VR Siddhartha best. But get a seat through counselling is tough many of the students dream to get seat. Competition is high. You have to get less rank to get an admission in this college.

Based on your rank and profile it is highly unlikely for you to get a seat in Annamacharya Institute of Technology & Sciences as their last year's closing rank is around 2400 rank. You might get a seat in SV University but again there is a 50-50% chance as their previous year's closing rank is around 10000 rank.
