About Anusaya Institute of Pharmacy, Pune

Anusaya Institute of Pharmacy is a very young institution that exists in Pune, Maharashtra. Since the year 2016, it has been moulding generations to look toward a bright future pharmacy education. Located off the Highway from Pune to Solapur in Swami-Chincholi, this affiliated college works under the acceptance of PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) and AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). The institute has a 30-acre campus, which is spacious enough for a balanced academic life. It accommodates 118 students on roll at present along with 8 faculty members in order to maintain a good student-teacher ratio. So that every student could have enough individual space for learning and receiving quality education.

A well-stocked library acts as a knowledge pool for the students for quick access to a wide array of pharmaceutical literature and research materials. Modern instruments in the college's laboratories allow students to gain experience in different fields of pharmacy. The institute has an auditorium that hosts seminars, conferences, and cultural programs at regular intervals for extracurricular activities and academic events. There is also a cafeteria present on the campus that lets the students lounge around and socialise there. 

Health and safety are also assured with a medical facility offering first aid and primary healthcare facilities. Its presence shows whether the infrastructure-installed investment of the institute to facilitate a conducive learning environment can be deduced from it or not. Strategically located a little away from the city noise, the campus leaves adequate scope for studying while all urban amenities of Pune are within reach.

Currently, the institute runs one full-time course, which is D.Pharma in Pharmacy. The two-year programme has an approved enrolment of 60 students per year; hence, essentially, it is there at the institute so that high-quality education is maintained in pharmacy. The D.Pharma course equips students with a sound background in pharmaceutical sciences for entrance into different positions in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

The new generation pharmacy education institution, Anusaya Institute of Pharmacy, started in 2016, Pune, is an exciting new setup. It is located off the Pune-Solapur Highway at Swami-Chincholi and operates as permitted by the PCI and AICTE.
