There is a large book collection for students in the large library next to the counter. There are fully equipped biochemistry, physics, and chemistry labs available. There are also Wi-Fi-connected smart classrooms available.
Teachers are well-qualified, but there are still a lot of vacancies for various positions, and the subjects are being taught by guest faculty or contractual teachers. our institution follows the curriculum of Berhampur University so the Curriculum is good but the scarcity of teachers problem needs to be addressed by the management
Placement rates are average, and 3 stars for that because there is a long way to go for the placement cell. Companies do come for campus placement, but in a minimum number, due to which only 20–30% of students can secure a job through campus hiring.
There may be some things I am not satisfied with, but one thing I like about the college is its affordable fee structure, due to which I completed my graduation by paying a fee of only 10,000 rupees.
Our college has all the basic amenities such as bathrooms, spacious classrooms, library, labs, canteen, auditorium, parking area, etc. Yes, not maintained pretty well but still okay to use all the requirements.
I am a student of bachelors in science in physics subject. Teachers here are lacking with interaction but they are very cooperative to those who are constantly in touch with them. All the syllabus are finished in time but revision one have to do on its own.
As it is a government run college, placements here are very poor. some local companies come here to hire some students for sales team, data entry job, tally, etc but above all the placements are very poor.
I could definitely say that government college are the most value-for-money institutions as one can take admissions in very low cost. the fees for my course was around 25k for 3 years which is less than 25% of one year fees of any other private based college.
Our college campus is placed beside of a kendriya vidyalaya , so i cant find a more relevant place than this. shops for every basic needs are available here.
