Bachelor of Arts (BA) is a full-time three-year undergraduate degree course offered by Panjab University, Chandigarh.


Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate should have passed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized college/board.
  • For Compartment candidates of +2 Examination. A student who has been placed in compartment in one subject only at +2 examination conducted by a recognized Board and has obtained at least 20% marks in the subjects in which she has been placed in the compartment will be allowed to take admission to 1st-year of B.A. subject to the following conditions. 
  • In case the student is seeking admission to B.A. 1st year, she should have obtained 33% marks in the aggregate in all subjects including the marks obtained by her in the subject of the compartment (Theory and Practical) taken up by her at the 10+2 examination.
