Bhagalpur College of Engineering is a Government Technical Institution in Bhagalpur, Bihar, India. This institute offers full-time B.Tech degree programs. The total fees for ECE course is around 58k. Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology is a public, co-ed engineering college in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India. The fees for ECE course s around 51k for the whole course. Placements are nice here. Average package is around 3-4 LPA whereas the highest package varies upto 9-10 LPA.

Overall from these two colleges, MIT Muzaffarpur is good for the ECE branch.

However you must fill them as your top preferences in Counselling Process. I believe you have higher chances of securing Mechanical, Chemical or Civil at the above two institutes. my suggestion go for  MIT Muzaffarpur.its better than bce in terms of labs,classes, infrastructure,hostel lyfe,tech fest and many more.

Civil, mechanical, electrical, ECE are main & good branch in  MIT. choose according to your interest.

- It is one of the best colleges in Bihar and also has considerable national repute

- B.tech fees is appro. 4.5 lacs

- The placements are good with average salary - 5-7 lacs per annum in 2019

- It is well known for its civil branch

- Academics are well balanced with some pretty great teachers

BCE:

- great infrastructure

- fees B.Tech - approx. 5.5 lacs

- placements similar to MIT - around 5-6 lacs per annum in 2019

- known for its mechanical branch

- academics is average as per current students but pass percentage is pretty high (above 60%)

Dear Aspirant,As you said you got CRL rank is 3984 and EWS category rank is 763 . Maharashtra Institute of technology, pune .The admission process for MIT is based on rank of MHCET and JEE Main.For the candidates who belong to other state can get admission in MIT by JEE main rank.

Cutoff may varies for every year depending on many factors like no.of candidates, paper toughness,and previous year cutoff trends.

Yes, based on past year cut off trends you have a good chance of getting admission into MIT Muzaffarpur and BCE Bhagalpur, if not in the CSE branch then IT for sure, under your category rank of 82.

Sorry to say but your chance is very low for admission in both MIT Muzaffapur as well as Bhagalpur college of engineering. Electrical branch seats is closed for general category candidates under 500 rank in BCE and under 800 in MIT muzffarpur. These are the best college through bcece and hence seats get filled pretty quickly.

The admission in Bhagalpur College of Engineering, Bhagalpur is done on the basis of BCECE which is organised once in a year. The JEE Mains percentile and rank do not hold any weightage in this process of BCE admission. You need to separately take BCECE exam to be considered eligible for admission in BCE, Bhagalpur.
