The number of seats approved for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). programme in Bhagwan Mahaveer College of Education is 300. Bhagwan Mahaveer College of Education admission for the B.Ed. course shall be on merit, which is based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or performance in the entrance examination. The process follows the state government and university policy. The candidates are eligible to apply for the B.Ed. if they have completed a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university.
The Master of Education (M.Ed). course has 100 seats and admission into the programme is based upon merit. The merit comprises the marks obtained in the qualifying examination, entrance test, or any selection as prescribed by the government or university. Eligible candidates are those who have completed their B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognised institution.
Although the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). course provides for 150 seats, admission is conducted at the college level. However, admission processes are strictly implemented according to regulations and guidelines set up by the S.C.E.R.T., Gurgaon, Haryana. Students having completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination can apply for this programme.
