Birla Institute of Technology placements will be done by the placement cell of the college. The BIT Noida placement cell will actively train graduates to secure career opportunities with high salary packages. BIT Noida will conduct live seminars and webinars on-campus placements, live projects and guest lectures where professionals come and teach the real-world experience in the corporate world. 

BIT Noida placement cell will approach the companies and invite them to the placement drive. The companies which received the invitation and looking for recruits will accept the invitation and participate in the placement drive to recruit the graduates from BIT Noida.

• The BIT Noida placement cell will invite companies from various industries.

• Recruiters involved in the BIT Noida Placement Drive accept the invitation, and their participation is confirmed.

• Interested candidates should register for the placement drive and should submit their documents to the BIT Noida placement cell.

• The institute and company will schedule a placement drive.

• In order to get selected the candidates should qualify for the tests and interviews conducted by the recruiter.

• The selected candidates will be receiving the offer letters.
