BSM College of Engineering, Roorkee, is an affiliated college established in the year 2011 and located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The institution spreads over a 10.5 acre campus and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. The college has several courses in engineering offered with the total enrolment of students in each division being 60 and faculty strength of 42 members.

The college has a variety of facilities aim to better enhance the learning experience of its students. This is an integral academic resource where one can find 6,000 books related to different engineering and technological streams. It subscribes to 36 national and 18 international journals, thus providing current research and developments in relevant fields of study to its students. All of the air-conditioned computer laboratories are well equipped with advanced working systems supported by internet connectivity through a leased line and Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire college campus. Concerning the student boarding, facilities are offered accordingly in the institution hostels for boys and girls separately. There are 162 rooms in the boy's hostel and 96 rooms in the girl's hostel, which are all governed by respective wardens and senior faculty members.

BSM College of Engineering, Roorkee, offers four B.Tech programs and two B.Sc programs, adding to a total of six courses. All programs under B.Tech are full-time with a course duration of four years, while B.Sc programs are full-time and factored over a duration of three years. The sanctioned intake for the B.Tech program is 210. The college lays much emphasis on imparting quality education in the core engineering disciplines and the emerging fields of Computer Science and Engineering.

The admission process in the BSM College of Engineering, Roorkee is mainly done through the Entrance Examination and merit of the 10+2 examination with PCM Group. The college also accepts scores from the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) for admissions for its B.Tech programmes.
