however if we go through 2019 cut-offs   then the closing rank of CSE in BVRIT was 29138 against BC A Female Candidate, hence you may have chances regarding this along with ECE.EEE, CIV, INF, MEC, CHE, BME, PHE.

The above mentioned cut off is accurate . Extracted from the official website. Admission through 24k rank is a bit hard that too in CSE branch. But since you are from other category &not general, you might have chances of getting admission but CSE is most probably not possible.

The closing rank of BC-A category of CSE department from last academic year was 31k.

so belonging to BC-A category is a plus point for you.

It was established in the year 1997 and is under the affiliation of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. It is also approved by AICTE and NBA with NAAC Accreditation Grade 'A'.

Approx 85% of the students gets placed every year during campus drive. The Highest Package attained by a student of CSE Branch is around INR 26.8 LPA with Average Package ranging around INR 5 - 7 LPA.

Based on your rank and reservation, you have a good chance to get into BV Raju Institute of Technology through counselling.As you are looking for Biomedical engineering seat, you can easily get an admission into it. Last year cut-off was around 64k and you are ahead of it.But, As your father is a government employee there is no chance for a fee reimbursement. Make sure you participate in the counseling and acquire your desired seat.
