For MCA admissions, BCIIT accepts scores from the National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) and the Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET). The BCA program admissions are based on the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (GGSIPU-CET).

Eligibility:

• BCA: Candidates must have successfully completed 10+2 from a recognized board.

Application Process

The application process varies depending on the program:

For MCA Program:

1. Qualify for NIMCET 2024 or IPU CET.

Degree-wise Admission Process

• MCA: BCIIT offers a 2-year MCA program with 60 seats. The admission is based on the following priority:

  2. CET (If seats remain vacant after NIMCET counseling)

  3. CUET (For any remaining vacant seats after exhausting the CET merit list)
     Eligible candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.

• BCA: BCIIT offers a 3-year BCA program with 60 seats. Admissions are conducted through the GGSIPU-CET. Candidates who have completed 10+2 are eligible to apply for the BCA program.
