- A candidate who has passed 10 + 2 pattern of examination (equivalent to the two year Pre University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at CITECH.
- The eligibility criteria for admission is 45% in case of General Category and 40% marks in the qualifying examination in case of SC/ST, Category-1 and OBC Category candidates.
- The marks obtained by the candidate in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics in the qualifying examination will be considered in the place of Chemistry in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for the required aggregate percentage for the purpose of determination of eligibility criteria (and not for the purpose of determination of rank, in respect of engineering/technology courses).
- The candidate must have also written any one of the following entrance exams: COMEDK UGET/KCET. The rank card has to be required for admission.

College Infrastructure
Our college has excellent infrastructure that creates a conducive environment for learning and development. The campus features spacious and well-ventilated classrooms equipped with smart boards and audio-visual aids. Our laboratories are state-of-the-art, designed to meet academic and research needs across disciplines. The library is well-stocked with a wide range of books, journals, and digital resources, providing students with access to the latest knowledge. In addition, the campus includes high-speed Wi-Fi, seminar halls, computer labs, and dedicated spaces for extracurricular activities. Well-maintained hostels, a hygienic cafeteria, and sports facilities further enhance the student experience.

It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances for any particular campus or branch because the cut-offs keep on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in KCET 2022
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for KCET 2022
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on
However on the basis of previous year's cut-off you have almost NO chances to get CSE/ISE branch in Cambridge Insititute of Technology Bangalore because last year the closing rank in Round 1st was 49k for ISE branch and 37k for CSE branch .
