- Admission to B.Arch. The degree program is as per the norms of Council of Architecture, New Delhi and Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- Pass in HSC or 3-year Government Recognized Diploma with 50% aggregate and Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
- Pass the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) with a minimum of 40%
