The center for Research on New International Economic Order was set up in 1979 is recognized as one of the premier research organization in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The institute currently offers a total of 7 courses and mainly offers full time doctorate as well as postgraduate program. For those who want to have an intermediate research experience then CRNEO has an M.Phil in Economics programme, a two year full time programme. Besides, the institute also offers a more specialized one-year full-time Diploma in Rural Development and Management as the need to have specialized skills in the rural development sectors.
