36 MonthsBBA – Branding and Advertising is a 3-year special course enabling students to navigate managerial aspects of a business especially the advertising industry taking up a numerous opportunity is branding and advertising profession. It aims to provide a holistic view of advertising and branding from both a managerial and a cultural standpoint. Advertising and Branding offer wide scope and a diverse spectrum of jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities. Branding and Advertising complement one other. Brand recognition can be increased by advertising, and branding influences the style and direction of advertising campaigns. Marketing can manage brand accountability and shore up a brand’s reputation, in addition to promoting advertisement campaigns.
This programme is best suited to students who are curious about the nature of contemporary consumer markets, consumer psychology and culture, self-motivated, eager to read extensively, engage in discussions, debates and conversations both offline and online and open to new ideas.
The minimum qualification required to apply is a pass in the 10+2 examination in Science or Arts or Commerce from PUC / ISC / CBSE or an equivalent recognized board. A course recognized thereto by the University.
