Ch Narendra Singh College was established in 2004 as an affiliated Meerut, Uttar Pradesh based college. The campus is spread over 2 acres on NH-58, Delhi Roorkee By Pass, Jatoli. The institution has been approved by NCTE and provides quality education regarding teacher training. With 272 students enrolled and 1 faculty member, Ch Narendra Singh College offers an ideal environment for learning. 

Various amenities help the students in their day-to-day life and pursue academics. It has a library, one of the mainstays of Ch Narendra Singh College, that now boasts more than 2,300 titles with 8,850 volumes related to B.Ed. literature, which is quite comprehensive in its coverage. It also has on campus a canteen, an auditorium for events and seminars, and parks for the students and staff.
