Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj Government Polytechnic is one of the premier technical colleges situated at Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in the year 2005. This is a government-owned polytechnic, situated in a large area of 8 acres of land, and is committed to training engineers of good standard. The institute approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) offers four diploma courses with a capacity of 708 in total. The polytechnic has a strong, devoted, and qualified faculty consisting of 16 members, all of whom are experienced professionals.

Such programmes will comprise a diploma in information technology, a diploma in computer science and engineering, a diploma in electronics engineering, and a diploma in electrical engineering. Ideally, each course has an approved student enrolment of 54 students, which showcases the institute's policy to maintain an appropriate student-teacher ratio. The provisions of these programmes are on an annual basis, charging a fee of Rs 32,820 for enabling the access of quality technical education by more candidates.
