Basically it depends upon you reservation category, if any and whether you belong to Karnataka or Hyd/Kan region.
As you have not mentioned any category hence considering general and considering previous year cutoffs you cannot get any good college.
You could have got College of Agri. Hassan under SCK category.

The re-opening of colleges will be a deciding factor from the individual's state government. The Central government has given the rights to individual state government for deciding the re-opening date.

You are on the right track. You have filled the ICAR AIEEA UG Entrance Examinations form, 2020. Now, after you give the exam and qualify the cutoff, and get a good rank, you can apply for councelling in the Colleges of your choice in bihar. You will be offered College as per your rank to pursue BSc Agriculture.
So, work hard and crack the exam.
