There is a dedicated placement cell established at the CAI, Hyderabad. Over the course, the Culinary Academy of India Hyderabad placement cell has placed over 7,000 young Indians in leading cruise food production operations globally, and more than 2,000 chef graduates are currently working at India’s topmost hotels and restaurants. At CIA Hyderabad there is a staff of 18 full-time chef instructors who cover all the aspects of food production, food presentation, kitchen management and food hygiene.
