B.Com: The Bachelor of Commerce program has a sanctioned intake of 80 students at Defence Degree College. B.Sc: The college has two Bachelor of Science degree programs, which are B.Sc (General) and B.Sc Non-Medical, with an approved intake of 80 students each. For B.Sc (General), students from any science stream in 10+2 are eligible to apply. For B.Sc Non-Medical, preference is given to students who have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their higher secondary education.

MA Programs: Defence Degree College offers Master of Arts (MA) programs in Hindi, English, Political Science, and History. Each of the MA programs generally has an approved intake of 60 students.
