Derozio Memorial College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. For the B.voc programme special editing setup , camera, teleprompter is available. Also special software and all the necessary equipments are available here.
I'm currently studying B.Voc in Broadcast Journalism, this is a career based course. The faculty and all the staffs are good. Teachers are very helpful and a very good library with tons of books is available.
The placement cell is very much active and it helps students to get internships and jobs while studying. Teachers helps us to get different internship offers, they constantly send us the details of upcoming job openings, very helpful.
My course costs about 12k per year, and for the technical and educational support that we receive I think the fee is justified.
College campus is good, clean and the environment here is very friendly. Union members helps whenever we need something. The cultural atmosphere is very nice here.
I think this college deserves more recognition.
