Bachelor of Arts (BA) is a three-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Dispur College, Guwahati and affiliated to Gauhati University, Guwahati. 

Bachelor of arts in Compulsory Subjects 1. General English 2. MIL (Assamese), MIL (Bengali), MIL (Hindi), MIL (Bodo), MIL (Nepali), MIL (Manipuri), Alternative English Optional Subjects-(Any Two of the following) (There will be a restriction of subject depending on the marks obtained in qualifying examination) Economics, Education, Political Science, Philosophy, History, Assamese Second Language.

Note: The Combination of Economics and Assamese Second Language is Not allowed.
