Without Entrance only private universities offer admission, no government university or college offers admission without Entrance.
For medical you have to give NEET or any state university specific Entrance.
For Engineering Jee exams, JIPMER etc are valid for most Colleges.
Direct MBA admission without entrance exam is offered by most of the private MBA colleges and private deemed universities in India.
Private colleges offer direct admission on the basis of 12th marks via Management quota seats. If you wish to explore medical courses without NEET, you may have immense job opportunities in the Pharma industry if you do B. Pharm.
