Dr. JP Sharma Memorial School and College of Nursing, Yamuna Nagar was established in 2009 as an affiliated college in the state of Haryana. This institution has been affiliated to the Indian Nursing Council and is entirely meant for providing nursing education. It covers an area of 3 acres with a total student enrollment of 157 in three full-time nursing programs. The faculty-student ratio of this institute is 5:1, thereby providing students with personalized attention. At large, the aim of the college is to shape nurses into well-trained health professionals who are prepared to meet the rising demands of the medical field.

The college has numerous facilities to facilitate its students' learning experience. One such facility is the girls' hostel, which accommodates approximately 100 students, providing a safe and comfortable living environment under very secure conditions, with healthy and sumptuous meals, security on duty 24 hours a day. The college library is well-furnished and computerized and has a big stock of national and international journals and periodicals, digital materials, etc. Laboratories are well-equipped with modern equipment to enable practical training. Importance is also given to physical well-being by the organization; in fact, very excellent sports facilities are provided for swimming, cricket, hockey, etc. The area of the campus also accommodates a computer lab equipped with the latest equipment and facilities, a canteen, a program and event auditorium, and a health center providing facilities for first aid.
Dr. JP Sharma Memorial School and College of Nursing offers three full-time nursing courses.

These courses are GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing. The total approved intake of all courses is 110 seats. GNM and BSc. The Nursing Programs are all sanctioned with an intake capacity of 40 seats each, whereas the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing has 30 seats. All these courses in UG and PG levels are aimed at delivering effective theoretical and practical knowledge and skills for a successful nursing career.

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: This is a registered nurse course in which the candidate wishes to upgrade their qualification. It has an intake of 30 seats.
