B.Ed Bachelor of Education Degree programme offers a total intake of 100 seats in Dr. S. Radhakrishnan College of Education. Admission to the B.Ed programme is done based on the performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination and/or entrance test. The selection process follows the policy by the state government, UT administration, and the university. B.Ed. applicants should have completed their graduation or post-graduation degrees from a recognised university.
D.El.Ed Diploma in Elementary Education programme also shares the same intake capacity of 100 students. The admission procedure for D.El.Ed is similar to that of the B.Ed. Students will be selected based on their merit in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The selection process follows the norms circulated by the state government and the affiliated university.
