Application Process

"The admission procedure of Dr. Ulhas Patil Law College, Jalgaon is as under: 

1. MHCET Law Registration: The aspirant has to register himself / herself with the MHCET Law examination at the official website of the Maharashtra CET Cell. 

2. Entrance Exam: The aspirant has to sit in the entrance examination of MHCET Law examination scheduled to be held in this year for March 19-20, 2025.".

3. Declaration of Results: Wait for the declaration of the results of MHCET Law.".

4. After the declaration of results, eligible students can apply for this college with the help of the centralized admission process conducted by the Maharashtra State CET Cell.

5. Those selected candidates will require to present following documents,

• Score card for MHCET Law
• 10th and 12th marks sheets
• Graduation marks sheets, if the aspirant opting for LLB
• Domicile certificate, if applicable
• Category certificate, if applicable

6. Counselling: Report to the counselling process, as declared by Maharashtra State CET Cell.

Degree wise Admission Process

BA LLB: The 5 year integrated BA LLB course at Dr. Ulhas Patil Law College has intake capacity of 60 seats. It is also approved by the state bar council. Seats are given to all the merit holders through MHCET law. He must have passed his 10+2 education from the approved board.

LLB: The intake of the 3-year LLB program is also approved for 60 seats. Admission to this program, just like BA LLB, is based on MHCET Law scores. To join this program, a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university is a must.

LLM: Dr. Ulhas Patil Law College also offers an LLM program, which is a postgraduate degree in law.
