MD ka full form hota hai Doctor of Medicine.  MD doctors hi surgery kar sakte hai. MBBS doctors ko surgery allowed nahi hoti.

Sorry to say you but I think you can't apply for rural reservation quota. Because for that you should have 10 years of academic study from first to ten in the rural areas of Karnataka state.
