Hello Srinivas,
As you have not mentioned your Caste Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. To predict Colleges you can get using below mentioned College Predictor Tool and the data you can get out of the College Predictor Tool is appropriate.
The cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like
Difficulty level of the exam
Number of students appeared in the exam
Caste Category
Number of seats available
You can predict Colleges you can get for your KCET rank based on previous year's cut-offs and experts experience and analysis, using below mentioned College Predictor Tool.

All The Best!!
Unfortunately you won't be getting any Indian Institute of Technology or National Isntitute of Technology as your rank is sadly too low for them. Even in the Scheduled Cast category, the cut-offs of the north-eastern NITs close around 8,000 to 9,000. However you can get admission into other good colleges like:
SRM Chennai
VIT Chennai
VIT Bhopal
HBTU Kanpur
KNIT Sultanpur

Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
Hi,
All of the three, i.e., Indian Navy Executive, Technical Branch and Indian Navy Education are excellent choices. The perks and benefits one can relish are top notch in all of the above. But according to general trends, people prefer Indian Navy Executive and Indian Navy Education.
Some of the education officers are sent to different IITs and NITs to enroll in M.Tech programmes. Additional training for education officers includes courses in anti-submarine warfare, naval communication, gunnery, hydrography, navigation & direction, meteorology, and oceanography.
Through Indian Navy Executive, one can explore the fields of general service, hydro, pilot, NAIC, information technology, ATC, law, sports, musician etc.
All of these are promising and sound in nature. You should select the branch based upon your interests and the ranking you desire.
Hope this helped.
