Hello aspirant
With teh above mentioned Marks in NEET in General Category, and based on the previous year NEET Cutoff, you have less chances of Getting Government Medical Colleges in MBBS seat as the marks is quite less. In order to get Government Medical colleges for general category student, the minimum marks is around 500-530+ marks in NEET and for best Government colleges, 600+ marks is required in NEET.
But Do not worry as you will get some good Private medical colleges with this marks.

Hello aspirants
If you are planning to work in aboard and settle it is better to go for MDS in aboard. It’ll be great to have a masters degree from the country you hope to practice in later, as you’ll get familiar with stuff there.
But if you want to practice in India itself, MDS in India is good enough
Hope this helps
good luck
Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have almost no chances for any of the government medical colleges but you have good chances of getting government quota seat in some private medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Akash Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre, Devanahalli
Dr Chandramma Dayananda Sagar Institute of Medical Education and Research, Hubli
East Point College of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore
Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences, Natekal
And some more......
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Dear aspirant,
It is quite difficult to predict the exact cutoff trend as it varies every year depending on the number of students attempting the exam, the difficulty level of the paper etc.
If you belong to the general category you'll usually need 645+ to get into these top colleges like AIMS, Delhi, PGIMER, CMC Vellore etc . via All India Quota. Hence, with around 600 it might be slightly difficult to get into these colleges.
Your opportunities might vary based on your home state and category.
Please check the link below for more details on what options you have.
Hope this helps.
