The BPT course at EMS College of Paramedical Sciences is a four-year course with an approved strength of 30 students. Admission to the course is on the basis of the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. Candidates interested in the course may apply directly to the college.

B.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology
This is also a four-year course with an approved intake of 30 students. The eligibility criteria are passing 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The admission process takes into account the candidate's performance in these subjects.

Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology:
This diploma course of two years trains students for operation theatre management careers. Although the actual intake is not specified, interested applicants must have passed 10+2 with science subjects. Admission can be through consideration of academic marks and possibly an interview.

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology:
