Infrastructure of the college is fine. Campus includes labs, big classrooms ,library and also e library.New buildings are well maintained. They have air conditioners. Hostel is not available. It also have sports facilities plus a good hygienic canteen
I am in last year of ba . My faculty members are qualified well enough to teach us. They take regular quiz, exams and give regular assignments too. They are helpful and will clear your doubt . Semester exams are moderate level.
Placements are only good for bsc or bca students here. As a ba student ,you will hardly get any Placement. From ba only 10% students were placed last year. One student got 7 lpa but he was from bca. Either do masters or study on your own for jobs
Ewing Christian college situated in Prayagraj provided the degree of central University of Allahabad.College having very good environment. The new building which is recently built was great.classrooms are air conditioners.Old building needs some maintenance issues.
Our college provides a wide range of Academics programs that is included bachelor's degree in arts sciences and commerce and also in masters degree in every stream. All experiments and practicals are difficult.Semesters exams are fair enough.
Placement are quite good at this time but we can say in our time there is no placement opportunities to students we only study to gain the knowledge but now a days college works upon it and doing very well also the placement criteria is very easy.
Hostels are not available in college
Ewing Christian college who provides a degree of Allahabad central University which is situated in Prayagraj has a good building with smart classroom and smart boards.College campus is clean and having a beautiful garden.Wi fi facilities is also available in our college.
I have completed my graduation in science from this college however the college regulated by central government funded and provides a large academic excellence.our curriculum is updated and all the professors of college is very knowledgeable.
I completed my bsc so for humanities and science students no company visit for college campus for placement but yes we can offered job from off campus .Bca and mca students got good placements and internships.
Total worth for money.I paid a 10 k rs for one year of my college time.
Faculties are helpful
College infrastructure is good. I like my college infrastructure very much, proper classrooms are very good and well equipped, labs are good m, library I like, living spaces are clean enough,Wifi facility present.
I Completed My Bachelors in science graduate degree. Because it has a very good syllabus and good placement. faculty is there well educated. The curriculum is well updated and latest technology is there for teaching. The teachers are well equipped with information.
The placement is overall good. Although there is a room for improvement. Not that bad not that good it upto your skill how you utilise yourself and make use of available resource. Skill development leads self growth in job opportunities.
College infrastructure ig good and it have all the facilities and equipment...it have various types of practical labs. Classrooms aree normal and having smart boards . Some times teachers use that to teach students .
I am persuing ba from Ewing Christian College and quality of teaching is good . Teacher always give lots of guidance and support to student's. You will get lots of knowledge their but you can't say that that study will make job ready for you.
College have average placement in every course...not very good and high placement. Salary were good which were offered to students who aree selected but in some course there is no placement. There are some specific course which have placement.
I am persuing ba and it coast something around 7000-8000 per year. It is no to kuch costly because here in this college you will get good facilities and proper classes. Yes I yhi k money get worth in this college.
College campus is good and disciplined and there are various sports activities.. various other activities in which students can participate. Yes college campus is safe and teachers and students aree supportive.
Overall college is good
The college infrastucture is very good.It has some good facilities and has well equipment. The college has good classrooms and have wifi facilities. The college doesn't have hostel facilities but will have in future.
I was doing B.sc with statistics, maths and physics. The college has very good teaching environment. The course curriculum is updated every 10 years. The course really plays an important role in devloping data scientist as a career.
The college has fair placement.M.sc students get placed nearly every year.Every year around 75 percentage student of M.sc get placed. The highest salary was around 8 l.p.a.The average salary was around 5-6 lakhs.
The college has proper infrastructure but is not fully air conditioned. The living spaces are clean and hygienic but there is not much exposure in the college. There are several sports complex and library is also there. There are smartboards.
I was persuing M.SC in biochemistry and the way of teaching was superb. The teachers are well educated and provided us with good knowledge of everything that was there in the syllabus. The curriculum was upto date.
The quality of placements are average and okay okay. There was not much placement because of the subject and people usually went for higher studies like P.hd. this the placement we could say was not very much upto the mark
My college have bad infrastructure. They does not have all necessary facilities that a student required if they are available, they are time bounded. In physics laboratory all equipment does not work in perfect way. Our college sports facilities are best.
I am studying in bsc because I have to become a teacher. In our college the teaching quality is best in comparison to Other colleges. Here teacher are understandable and teaches us in very good way. In college we are free to learn anything.
The average salary of my college is very worst. Here maximum 10% of students were get placement, which very less in comparison to any college. 30 thousand is maximum salary for bsc students. No placement process aren't easy. But our college is supportive.
Ewing Christan college, is ranked among top 10 universities across India. It's situated in around acres so it's having quite big infrastructure . It has all facilities like library, sports ground (not 1 but many),hostel and wifi connection is also good . Classes are clean and the mess food is also good.
I'm currently pursuing graduation in BA , faculty of arts the course is very good in Ewing Christan college the teaching process if quite ok not so good overall the academics is nice and college is also good.
The quality of placement at Ewing Christan college all depends upon the course which you're pursuing! As if the course is demanding in the market then the placement will surely be good at good level . The highest salary package was around 2crores per annum placement process is okay but it all depends student that how he or she deals with it.its not that college doesn't provide opportunities , it provides and lastly what a student is doing that matter.
My course fees is nearly 15000 per year as it is a professional course. The fees of other courses is quite cheap comparing to our one. Yeah sometimes I feel that my money is not worth for that course, as I was the first batch of the scores came in our university so the management team and all over the course coordination is not so good because they are facing many difficulties in running this course because it's new and the teachers are not available because the syllabus is very vast and advance
Campus life is very good and it should be good in a college student life. Campus is very big and it is situated in around 4acres its like a small city it's that big so what's the worst part is that any outsider can come to the campus and whatever he or she wants so it's kind of unsafe for females also but all though it's very good because it gives every facilities which a student needs it has libraries ,temple ,sports ground, hospital, etc yes it can handle emergencies too
Yes, our college provide all the facilities to their students and teachers, We have library, sport center but dont have hostel. The living spaces are good and clean their is proper care of hygiene in the college.
The teachers are wonderfull and they act like a friend ,they show the path for the better life and also teach us the moral of life and respect to the society ,how to fight with our downs in our life and create opportunities for us.
About 60 per cent placement is their in respected companies. This is the college form you will get your dream job because here you will find every facility that you need for your enhancement and moral of life
About seven thousand approx..
Hello,
With a score of 122 out of 650 in the CUET (Common University Entrance Test), gaining admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program at Ewing Christian College (ECC) might be challenging. ECC is a reputable institution, and B.Com is a popular course, so the competition is usually high.
It's advisable to keep an eye on the official ECC admissions portal or contact their admissions office directly to get the most accurate and updated information regarding the cut-offs and seat availability. You may also consider exploring other colleges where the cut-off might be closer to your score.
Hope it helps !
Hey there I am glad to help you out i hope this helps you
Amit, here’s a breakdown to answer your questions related to pursuing B.Com and scholarships:
1. Best Course in B.Com (ECC):
If by "ECC" you mean "Elective Core Courses" or subjects related to commerce streams, the best elective depends on your career goals. Popular and valuable electives in B.Com include:
-Accounting and Finance: Ideal for students interested in becoming Chartered Accountants (CA), Financial Analysts, or working in banking.
- Taxation: Great for students wanting to specialize in tax consultancy or auditing.
- Banking and Insurance: Prepares you for a career in the banking sector, insurance companies, or financial services.
- Marketing: Suitable if you’re interested in advertising, market research, and sales.
- Economics: Provides a solid foundation for those aiming for roles in economic research or policy-making.
The best option depends on your personal interests and career aspirations.
2. Placement Opportunities After B.Com:
A B.Com degree can open up a number of career opportunities, especially in the fields of finance, accounting, and business management. However, placement chances depend on:
- The reputation of the college/university you attend.
- Additional certifications like CA, CS, CMA, or MBA, which improve your employability.
- Your performance, internships, and involvement in co-curricular activities.
Common roles available for B.Com graduates include:
- Accountant
- Tax Consultant
- Financial Analyst
- Banking Officer
- Business Analyst
- Operations Manager
Placement rate for only B.Com might vary from 30%-70% based on the institution and the market demand, but higher opportunities come with specialized skills or further qualifications like CA, MBA, etc.
3. Scholarship Availability
Various scholarships are available for B.Com students, depending on your academic performance, economic background, and category. Some common scholarships include:
- Government Scholarships for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC), minorities, and economically weaker sections.
- Merit-based scholarships offered by institutions or private organizations based on academic performance.
- State-specific scholarships like those for students in Kerala (Ezhava scholarships), West Bengal (Swami Vivekananda Scholarship), etc.
You can inquire at the college's scholarship cell or check with the respective government websites to apply.
