CAEHS Meerut Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

The College of Applied Education and Health Sciences (CAEHS), Meerut, provides a wide variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in different streams of study.

Eligibility criteria for admission differ based on the program. In general, candidates need to have completed their 10+2 from a recognized board for undergraduate courses. For postgraduate courses, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary. Application Procedure

The admission process for CAEHS programs usually follows the following steps:

1. Go to the official CAEHS website to download the online application form for the preferred program.

2. Complete the application form with correct personal and academic information.

3. Upload the necessary documents, which can be:

• Passport-sized photo
• 10th and 12th mark sheets
• Graduation mark sheets (for postgraduate courses)
• Valid proof of ID
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Any other certificates that may be called for by the college

4. Pay the application fee as indicated on the website.

5. Submit the filled-up application form and all documents.

6. For the B.Ed course, applicants can be required to sit for an entrance test or adhere to the selection process as per the state government and university.

7. Merit lists are typically drawn up according to the performance of the candidates in the qualifying exam or entrance exam (if applicable).

8. Shortlisted candidates can be asked to appear for counseling sessions for document verification and seat allotment.

9. On successful authentication and seat assignment, candidates should remit the requisite fees in order to finalize their admission.

10. Take part in the orientation program and join classes as per the college's academic calendar.

Degree wise Admission Process

BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy): BPT course at CAEHS has an approved intake of 60 seats. Admission is merit-based, keeping in view the marks secured in the qualifying examination (10+2 with science streams).

B.Sc Programs: There are different B.Sc programs at CAEHS like Microbiology, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Radio Diagnosis and Imaging Technology, and Home Science. Each of the aforementioned programs is permitted to admit an approved 60 seats. Merit on the qualifying exam (10+2 with specific science subjects) is the selection process.

BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration): The BBA course has a sanctioned intake of 120 seats. It follows merit in the qualifying examination (10+2 in any stream) in admission.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications): The BCA course, with an approved intake of 120 seats, admits students on the basis of performance in the qualifying examination (10+2 with mathematics).

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): The B.Ed course has an approved strength of 100 seats. Admission to the course has a well-defined procedure as laid down by the state government and the university. According to the admission policy of the college, "Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and the university."

MPT (Master of Physiotherapy): Postgraduate program in MPT is approved with 40 seat intake. Selection for admission on a merit basis through the candidate's performance during the qualifying Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy.

M.Sc Courses: M.Sc courses of CAEHS in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, and Bioinformatics are run with approved admission to 30 seats each. Selections take place on the merit of bachelor degree concerned.
