In 1999, the Father Muller Institute of Medical Education and Research was founded and exists in Mangalore, Karnataka. This affiliated college approved by NMC and functioning well offers numerous medical and allied health science courses.. Spread over 30 acres, FMIMER has an overall student strength of 1,100 and faculty strength of 280. Overall, the institute offers 46 courses across 12 degree programmes proving its aim at delivering a variety of medical education.
Father Muller Institute of Medical Education and Research possesses all the modern amenities necessary to supplement its academics activities. Degree wise Admission Process
MBBS: Admission to MBBS at FMIMER is given based on scores in NEET-UG. The institute provides 150 seats for this program. Candidates who have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and are qualified in NEET-UG are eligible for admission.
MD/MS: FMIMER has total of 76 seats for MD and 28 for MS. Admissions are on the basis of NEET-PG scores. Popular MD programmes include General Medicine (11 seats), Anesthesiology (9 seats), Pediatrics (9 seats). MS has programs such as General Surgery (8 seats) and Orthopedics (9 seats).
PG Diploma: The institute provides Post Graduate Diploma courses in specializations. Admissions are on the basis of NEET-PG scores.
M.Ch: FMIMER provides M.Ch in Urology Genito Urinary Surgery with 2 seats. Admission is done on the basis of NEET-SS (Super Specialty) examination.
DM: The institute offers DM courses in Nephrology and Neurology with 2 seats in each program. Admission is on the basis of NEET-SS scores.
B.Sc Programs: FMIMER conducts various B.Sc programs in allied health sciences. These are as follows: Medical Laboratory Technology - 25, Medical Imaging Technology - 20, Operation Theatre Technology - 20, Anaesthesia Technology - 20, and Renal Dialysis Technology - 10.
BPT: The program of Bachelor of Physiotherapy has 60 seats.
M.Sc Programs: The institute offers M.Sc programs in Clinical Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology, Haematology and Blood Transfusion, and Radiation Physics, with an intake of 5 seats for all programs.
MPT: Offers Master of Physiotherapy programs under disciplines of Neurology, Musculoskeletal, Cardio Respiratory, Community Physiotherapy, and Pediatrics.
Ph.D: Available under disciplines of Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Pharmacology. It's followed by entrance test and/or interview for admission.

Well I am attaching a link below where you will get all the cut off details. There for the institute Father Muller institute of medical institute there but there are no cut off details mentioned for catholic students. There is no cut off released that might indicate that that category might not be there.
