The cut off for admission in Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad in 2017 for the general category under the State quota was a rank of 4910 and 583 marks.
And In Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad the cut off was a rank of 4,576 and 585 marks.
You can expect a similar cut off this year too.

The admission process is based on the entrance test that the college conducts. You have to fill in the application form online and pay Rs. 350 entrance fees and then go write the entrance exam. Good Luck.

According your score you have less chances to get admission Under All India Quota seats & state quota seats. But you should have the chance for the private colleges management quota seats & deemed Universities also.

If you are applying through AIQ, there are almost no chances.
Through state quota, trends and competition being very changeable each year, it cannot be said with certainty. however for general, this indicates chances on a very low side. But you have tried your best. Keep it up.

If you are replying reservation of SC for the 85% state quota seats from a straight line West Bengal at 30000 rank you should get a decent Government Medical College
However first it's like Delhi and Kerala or even states like Gujarat you might not get into a decent Government Medical College even a private medical college at that all India rank and the subsequent proportionate state rank even with sc reservation

One thing about Gandhi that stood out to me the most is the infrastructure. Despite being a government college, it has good infrastructure: all the labs are fully equipped. And the libraries are well ventilated, spacious halls providing a huge collection of books. We also have huge lecture gallery classrooms for different subjects where benches and smart boards are in good condition, We also have different grounds for different sports. Boys and girls hostel are in good condition and very hygenic

Our college has a good infrastructure and all the necessary facilities and equipment. Our library and sport centres are good too. The classrooms, laboratories and hostels need to be improved with their facilities and decorum. The food quality also needs improvement.

The college infrastucture can be said as good. We are provided with many facilities like a big library, cool sport centres but we also lag in few other facilities like average canteen arena and not so hygienic food.
