Global Entrepreneurship and Management Academy-the GEMA-is one of the famous education institutions in Patna. It is a recognized educational institution and imparts undergraduate and postgraduate management and business-based courses. The institute has differentiated its quality education through the national standards of technical education as approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).  The admissions procedures adopted by Gema are designed to nab the future business leaders and entrepreneurs. 

The programs offered at GEMA include Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). In fact, the PGDM has been oriented towards a thorough industry-oriented approach. Application Process

1. This first step, of course, is to log on to the official portal of GEMA-and get into its admission section.

2. An appropriate program must be selected, that is, PGDM, MBA, or BBA, where one must go through specific admission information and eligibility requirements for that program.

3. Online, the applicant fills in an application form while ensuring personal details and academic qualifications are properly filled in.

4. The upload of required documents-in most cases consisting of-a passport-sized photograph, mark sheets of all qualifying examinations, proof of date of birth, certificate of caste (if applicable), and any other document required by the institute.

5. Application fee payment through the designated sale channels.

6. Application form submission along with all needed documents.

7. Shortlisted candidates for each program will undergo a selection process that may comprise writing tests, group discussions, and a personal interview.

8. Final selection is usually done on the basis of candidates' academic performances in proper entrance tests and selection procedures held by the institute.

9. Such students will receive an offer letter and are to undergo the admission formalities of fee payment and verification of documents within the stipulated time.

Degree wise Admission Process

PGDM: The program Post Graduate Diploma in Management in GEMA is for wannabe managers and entrepreneurs. It has a total of 30 seats for which there is a very selective admission process. In general terms, a person who pursues a bachelor's degree from a renowned university can apply for this program.

MBA: This is the MBA program offered by GEMA, which has more detailed and advanced management education. Although not mentioning its intake capacity, this program is targeted at cultivating employable professionals ready to join the corporate world. The eligibility consists, as is commonly known, of a bachelor's degree and minimum percentage mandated by the institute.

BBA: The BBA program is offered by GEMA and is designed for students willing to initiate their management educational journey straight if completing higher secondary education. The course deals with several business and management aspects, serving as the base for further management education.
