The hospital associated with the college is of 60 plus bed capacity and has a well-developed operational theatre, labor room, diagnostic services like X-ray and ECG, emergency services, wards and pharmacy. The campus also has a Herbal garden, library with Ayurveda and Medical Books, separate hostels for boys and girls, lecture halls and demonstration rooms.

The first years of the college were the years when the hospital building for the college was not fully functional. The students were occupying temporary places or spaces for rent and the permanent hospital was delayed in its inauguration.
