The Government College Gobranawapara and is a co-educational institution located in Tarri, Abhanpur, district Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Degree wise Admission Process
BA Hindi Literature: This program has an approved intake of 300 seats. Admission is based on a merit list prepared from marks obtained at the 10+2 level, with an emphasis on the candidate's Hindi performance and other relevant subjects.
B.Com: The program provides 100 seats. 10+2 or equivalent Commerce stream allows candidates to apply against a cut-off merit list prepared on the basis of the outcome of the qualifying examination.
PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications): The course consists of 60 intakes. Graduation in any discipline will qualify an applicant for this course. Of course, the course will investigate the marks a candidate earns in the qualifying degree in addition to a merit-based selection.
DCA (Diploma in Computer Applications): There are 40 available seats in the diploma course; they are open to students from 10+2 pass from any stream. The place selection process will be based on the results in the qualifying examination.
MA Hindi Literature: The postgraduate program offers 40 seats. Only those candidates can apply who obtain a degree in Hindi Literature or a related field. Admission for the same will depend upon the merit list to be prepared from graduation marks.
MA Geography: Borrowing from MA Hindi Literature, this program will offer 40 seats. The admission requirement in Geography is either a bachelor's degree or equivalent from any University. The selection is based on the merit in the Bachelor's course.
B.Sc: A program with no fixed seat specifications is available for students from the 10+2 Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology.
