Eligibility Criteria
For admission in Bengali Honours, the candidate should have passed H.S.
A general candidate is eligible to apply in Bengali Hon's course if he/she has secured in H.S. or equivalent exam. 40% or above on average along with at least 45% marks in Bengali or 35 % on average and 50 % in Bengali.
Candidate should have at least required 50% marks in H.S. exam if he/she didn't have Bengali as an elective subject in H.S.
Admission Details
Selection would be on a merit basis subject to the fulfillment of the state government reservation policy.
